There are three primary states a system can experience, reflecting the direction its energy is moving: entropy (a downward spiral), static (a loop), or negentropy (an upward spiral). These states reveal the system's current level of coherence, capacity, and integrity.
Don't worry about where you find yourself today. No matter who you are or what your circumstances may be, the direction of your system can change. Greater coherence is always possible.
Lumenitas is a confidential and judgment-free space. Coherence begins with mercy and is cultivated through consistent commitment.
As capacity grows, so does possibility. Each time you restore a deeper level of coherence, you develop the clarity, harmony, discernment, skills, and resources needed for what comes next.
