These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lumenitas website and your purchase or use of services provided by Virginia Leigh Gross / Lumenitas (“Lumenitas,” “we,” “us,” or “I”).
By purchasing a service, booking a session, or otherwise engaging with Lumenitas, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
1. Services
Lumenitas provides a range of intuitive, energetic, spiritual, personal-development, constitutional, strategic, advisory, consulting and transformational services.

Lumenitas reserves the right to modify, discontinue or update services from time to time.
2. Nature and Scope of Services
Lumenitas services are provided for purposes including personal exploration, reflection, education, development, strategic thinking, intuitive guidance and transformational support, depending on the service selected.
Intuitive, energetic and spiritual services are offered as forms of personal exploration and interpretation. Any intuitive, spiritual or mediumistic information arising during a session is not represented as objectively verifiable fact.
Lumenitas does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice or treatment.
Lumenitas does not diagnose, treat or cure medical or psychological conditions and does not prescribe medication or therapeutic treatment.
If you require professional care in any regulated area, you should consult an appropriately qualified professional.
3. Client Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, actions and outcomes before, during and after your engagement with Lumenitas.
Information, perspectives, observations or guidance offered during a session are provided for your consideration. You are not required to act upon any information provided.
You are responsible for exercising your own judgment and discernment when integrating anything that arises through your work with Lumenitas.
No specific outcome or result is guaranteed.
4. Intuitive, Energetic and Spiritual Work
Lumenitas may incorporate intuitive perception, energetic practices, spiritual frameworks, Human Design, constitutional systems, mediumship and other non-clinical modalities.
These modalities are not substitutes for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other professional care.
Where a service involves energetic or spiritual practices, participation is voluntary and you remain responsible for determining whether the service is appropriate for you.
Consent to Intuitive and Subtle Work
Where a service involves intuitive, energetic, mediumship or other subtle-field work, by booking and paying for the service, you acknowledge the nature of this work and consent to Virginia Leigh Gross engaging with your personal field(s) throughout the quantum and manifest realms - your energetic field, divine blueprint, soulful essence, spiritual allies, past current future timeline potentials, relational and environmental fields, your physical body, and the like - in connection with the service for your highest good throughout all space and time. Intuitive impressions, perceptions, patterns or other information may arise spontaneously before or during a session.
For ongoing engagements, this consent applies throughout the duration of the engagement. You may withdraw your consent to intuitive or subtle-field work at any time by notifying Virginia Leigh Gross in writing.
You remain free to accept, question, disregard or decline any information, interpretation or guidance that arises through this work, and retain full responsibility for your own decisions and actions.
Permission is part of the integrity of the work.
Lumenitas does not presume access. Intuitive and subtle perception is engaged with conscious permission and in service of the person who has invited the work. Boundaries are not barriers to connection; they are part of what makes connection safe, clear and sovereign. Virginia does not read your field without your explicit permission which is given upon booking by checking the box in the form, and upon completion of the engagement, permission is revoked.
5. Consulting and Advisory Services
Strategic, advisory and consulting services are intended to support exploration, analysis, decision-making, strategy and development.
Recommendations, observations and strategic perspectives are provided as professional opinions and perspectives based on the information available at the time of the engagement.
Clients remain responsible for business, financial, professional and other decisions they make based on information received through Lumenitas.
6. Ongoing and Multi-Session Services
The Lumenitas Method Cycle and Method Cycle Intensive are structured offerings designed to move through the Lumenitas Method Cycle in sequence.
The Transformational Partnership is intentionally responsive rather than sequential. Sessions may draw from any Lumenitas element, method function or modality according to the client's circumstances and the work being undertaken.
Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing sessions are arranged directly between the client and Virginia.
The number and frequency of sessions included in a Partnership are determined by the applicable offering or agreement.
7. Confidentiality
Information shared with Lumenitas through an intake form, email, booking process, uploaded materials or session is treated as confidential.
Information will not knowingly be disclosed to third parties except:

where necessary to provide or administer the service;

where you have provided consent;

where disclosure is required by law; or
-
where disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the safety or rights of an individual or the public.
Because Lumenitas operates online and uses third-party technology providers, electronic communication and digital storage cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Intellectual Property
All original Lumenitas frameworks, methodologies, terminology, written materials, visual systems, processes, exercises, tools, designs and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of Virginia Gross /
Lumenitas to the extent protected by applicable law.
Lumenitas™, Lumenitas Elemental Meta-System Framework™, Lumenitas Luminous Coherence Method™, The Lumenitas Method™, Lumenitas is Luminous Coherence™, Lumenitas Elemental Matrix of Becoming™, Trust Spiral™, together with associated names, terminology, frameworks, methodologies and distinctive brand elements, are trademarks or unregistered marks of Virginia Gross / Lumenitas, as applicable.
Purchasing or participating in a Lumenitas service does not transfer ownership of Lumenitas intellectual property to the client.
You may use materials provided to you for your own personal or internal business purposes in connection with the service for which they were provided.
You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, license, teach, adapt or commercially exploit Lumenitas proprietary materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
9. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Available payment methods are those presented through the Lumenitas booking or payment system at the time of purchase.
Lumenitas does not store complete payment card information. Payment transactions are processed through third-party payment providers.
10. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Lumenitas Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
11. Online Services
Lumenitas services are generally provided online unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection and environment for participating in an online session.
Lumenitas is not responsible for technical difficulties, connectivity problems or equipment failures outside its reasonable control.
If Lumenitas is unable to provide a session because of a technical or other issue on our side, the session will be rescheduled or otherwise addressed in accordance with the applicable circumstances.
12. Third-Party Services
Lumenitas uses third-party platforms and service providers to operate the website, process payments, schedule appointments, conduct online sessions, communicate with clients and provide related services.
Your use of these third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
13. Website Content
Information published on the Lumenitas website is provided for general informational purposes.
Although reasonable care is taken in preparing website content, Lumenitas does not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lumenitas and Virginia Gross will not be liable for losses arising from a client's decisions, actions or failure to act following participation in a Lumenitas service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Changes to These Terms
Lumenitas may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version will be published on the Lumenitas website with its effective date.
16. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms are subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights or other protections that apply to you under the laws applicable to your circumstances.

Lumenitas does not request or intentionally store complete payment card details.
Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy policy and security practices.

Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Effective Date: August 15, 2026
Please review this policy before purchasing or booking a Lumenitas service.
Booking
Appointments are confirmed once payment has been received and the booking has been completed.
Lumenitas services are generally provided online unless otherwise stated.
For ongoing services, programs and partnerships, the initial booking or purchase establishes the engagement.
Subsequent sessions may be arranged directly with Virginia by email where the applicable offering provides for this.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a session, please contact me at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Sessions may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, when the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Missed sessions and no-shows are treated as late cancellations and are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
Late Arrival
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times.
If you arrive late, the session will ordinarily still end at the originally scheduled time.
Refunds
Lumenitas services are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Emergencies
In exceptional circumstances, including genuine emergencies, an accommodation may be considered at Virginia's discretion.
If Lumenitas Needs to Reschedule
If Virginia needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost or, where applicable, receive a refund.
Ongoing Services and Partnerships
For the Lumenitas Method Cycle, Method Cycle Intensive and Transformational Partnership, session timing may be arranged directly between the client and Virginia.
The Method Cycle and Method Cycle Intensive follow the structure of the Lumenitas Method Cycle.
The Transformational Partnership is intentionally responsive and may draw from any element, modality or area of the Lumenitas work according to the client's needs and the direction of the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed, the cancellation and rescheduling provisions above apply to individual sessions within ongoing engagements.
Any bespoke terms agreed in writing for a particular consulting engagement or partnership will take precedence where applicable.
Applicable Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
