A system gains power when it takes ownership of its energy, choices, actions, and direction.
Once distortion has been revealed and coherence has been restored, energy becomes available for movement. What was previously consumed by confusion, attachment, resistance, or fragmentation can now be directed toward meaningful change.
This is where transformation shifts: awareness and coherence become integrated, tangible action.
Power is often misunderstood as force, control, dominance, or intensity. True power is something much simpler.
Power is the ability to consciously direct energy toward a chosen outcome. Power begins the moment a system stops waiting for change and starts participating in its creation.
When responsibility is claimed, agency emerges. When agency emerges, movement becomes possible. The system can move forward with intention.
