there is a relationship between energetics and time. when you have a surplus of energetics, you slow down time. Until we learn how to cultivate our energetics, life is akin to watching the sands speed up.
The secret to joy, presence, influence and longevity is - keep your quanta free. If you tie your quanta into a manifestation, only tie it into the manifestations that count. That stand the test of time. Otherwise, you are draining your energy, and speeding up time.
